The former girlfriend of dancehall artist Shatta Wale, Michy GH has applauded her ex-boyfriend as she states that his track “On God” is her favorite song now.
Shatta Wale’s track “On God” is one of the trending songs in Ghana and outside Ghana. Michy has said that Shatta Wale’s ‘On God’ is her favorite Ghanaian song now.
Michy speaking to DJ Azonto on her show Movement Showbiz TV program disclosed that she’s “an ardent Nigerian music listener,” and added, “I love my Highlife, I love my old music, I do a little of trendy music like yours also – you can’t help but dance to it and remember it”, she told DJ Azonto.
“So yeah I have a couple of recent songs that pass through my mind and keep replaying in my mind,” the socialite went on.
When DJ Azonto dared her to mention her favorite songs, she said, “Oh, we can for instance say ‘On God’.”
“I don’t want to get into trouble. SM fans are watching me, I have to mind what I say and how,” Michy said after her guest DJ Azonto stated that her choice of song was influenced by the love she has for her former boyfriend, Shatta Movement (SM) boss, Shatta Wale.
Agreeing with her guest, “It’s been long since ‘On God’ came out,” the TV host explained her choice saying, “Yeah but I can say if we are looking for quality [songs], we can put that [On God] there.”
