Stonebwoy links up with Dede Ayew moment before his Fifa Fan Fest performance

Stonewboy apparently linked up with Dede Ayew, the skipper of the Black Stars before his charged performance on December 16 at the Fifa Fan Festival.

Photos of their meeting have been shared on social media, triggering waves of intriguing reactions from their respective fans and Ghanaians in general.

Dede is still in Qatar because that is where he plies his professional trade as a winger for Qatar Stars League club Al Sadd.

Meanwhile, the Ghanaian Dancehall specialist interlaced his electrifying performance later in the evening by asking the charged crowd made up of over 40,000 soccer fans to pray for Nigerian star Davido following the tragic loss of his son, David Ifeanyi Adeleke to the cold hands of death via drowning a few weeks ago.

Apparently, the Bhim Nation boss joined artists like Patoranking, Kizz Daniel, Davido, and other musicians drawn from other countries to perform at the FIFA Fan Fest stage in Qatar.

The FIFA Fan Festivals are public viewing events organized by FIFA and the host cities during the FIFA World Cup.

FIFA Fan Festivals (initially named FIFA Fan Fests) followed the success of public viewing at the 2002 FIFA World Cup in South Korea and became an essential part of the tournament since the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany.

Fan Festivals take place in iconic locations of the host cities and feature broadcasts of football matches on giant screens, live concerts, parties, food, beverages, and other activities and entertainment.

In 2022, FIFA reintroduced Fan Festivals under the new name for the 2022 FIFA World Cup held in Qatar (Wikipedia).
