Suarez was in a joyous mood after playing a key role in both of Uruguay’s goals but his demeanour at the end of the match was way different.

Uruguay seemed content with their 2-0 lead over Ghana but the result in the other game left them needing to score another.
With time ticking down, Suarez, who had been substituted earlier was seen on the bench, unable to control his tears as Uruguay edged towards a group stage exit.
The former Liverpool and Barcelona striker went through a range of emotions, putting the shirt over his head, placing his hands on his head and gnawing at the jersey.
His fears were confirmed as the ref blew his final whistle, knocking out both Ghana and Uruguay.
