Take Care Of Your Oral Health If You Don’t Want To Become Impotent – Dr. Louisa Warns Men

Dr. Louisa Satekla

Dr. Louisa Satekla, a Ghanaian dentist, has shocked everyone with her research-backed assertions that males with gum disease may experience impotence.

She claims that maintaining healthy teeth and gums can help to avert problems in the future with a man’s ability to get an erection.

The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology honored Dr. Louisa Satekla as the best dental student in 2016.

Stonebwoy’s wife Dr. Louisa shared the significant findings with her Instagram followers.

She posted a picture of a passage from a medical magazine titled, “Association Between Chronic Periodontal Disease And Erectile Dysfunction: A Case-Control Study,” on the subject.

Since then, Louisa’s tweet has sparked a lot of discussions on social media.

A susceptible host’s reaction to certain mixed infections brought on by periodontopathic bacteria results in the frequent inflammatory illnesses of gingivitis and periodontitis, which are collectively referred to as chronic periodontal disease (CPD).

Clinically, CPD can influence the onset or progression of systemic diseases like cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), respiratory diseases, diabetes, osteoporosis, impaired recognition function, and obesity in addition to leading to swollen gums, receding gums and associated tooth hypersensitivity, tooth mobility, impaired mastication, and ultimately tooth loss.
