Two passengers are seriously injured after three cars involved in accident at Gomoa Okyereko on the Kasoa Cape Coast Highway in the Central Region.
The Vehicles, a Youton Bus with the Registration number As- 850-21, Articulator car with a foreign registration number 349 HF 01and Hunda CR-V with the registration GW- 970-20.
Police source says all the passengers in the Youton Bus were from Ho to Ivory coast
Speaking to Mireku nyampong, Driver of the Honda CR-V James Nii Ayi revealed that, another Articulator car was overtaking the foreign Articulator car which resulted in the accident.
James Aryi indicates that, the Youton Bus hits the backside of his car after he was slowing down to avoid head on collision.
James Nii Ayi added that, his wife and one person in the Youton Bus were seriously injured and have been rushed to Winneba Trauma and Specialist Hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile Elizabeth Nunekpeku says they were all asleep when the incident happened.
