Elders of Resurrection Power New Generation Church has confirmed the death of their leader and founder of Resurrection Power New Generation Church Rv. Dr Anthony Kwadwo Boakye on Wednesday at Korle Bu teaching hospital.
According to the elders, plans were underway to seek medication for him outside the country because he has been on the sick bed over a year but unfortunately they lost him whiles he was on admission at Korle Bu teaching hospital recieving treatment.
Speaking to Elder Benjamin Yeboah, one of the leaders of the church said, indeed the church have lost a great icon because Rev Dr Anthony Kwadwo Boakye was a powerful man of God with good heart he added.
He made this known to Mireku Nyampong during a church service today to officially announce the death of thier founder Rev Dr Anthony Kwadwo Boakye.

Some of the church members who were seen crying uncomfortable spoke to Mireku nyampong how they received the message.
