Deputy Majority leader and member of parliament for the Effutu Constituency, Hon Alexander Afenyo-Markin has disclosed that efforts are being put in place to see the completion of an ongoing Children’s Hospital project he is building in his constituency.
According to him, the project is under strict supervision by the Effutu Municipal Health Directorate to see to it that the dream which he termed as a Legacy comes through.
The Children’s Hospital which is expected to serve the whole Central Region will be the second in the country when completed.
Addressing Chiefs and people of Dayasaw, a surburb of Winneba during the commissioning of the Ultra – Modern Health Center he is building, he revealed that, the Children’s Hospital will be his greatest legacy as a Member of Parliament for the Effutu Constituency and that he looks forward to completing it by the end the very year.

Director of Health at the Effutu Municipal Health, Madam Mariatu Seidu on her part commended the Mp (Hon Alexander Afenyo Markin) for his support to the Directorate towards improving the Health needs of residents in the Winneba communities.
