Ghanaian comedian Derrick Kwaku Boateng known well as DKB has lambasted actor Prince David Osei over his jubilation on the cedi appreciation.
Actor Prince David has been in the best of mood after the cedi started appreciating against the dollar, months after the massive depreciation of the currency plunged the economy into an abyss.
Prince David took to his Twitter page to rejoice oer the cedi appreciation as he stated that he has held on his planned demonstration. He tweeted;
“Hallelujah the Cedi is appreciating remarkably. 9.56ghc to a 1$. The economy is gradually getting back on track!! Now we need to see the effect on our daily lives, goods and services.. God bless,” he tweeted.

However, DKB has lambast Prince David over the new development on cedi appreciation. According to DKB, there’s nothing to rejoice about cedi appreciation because it hasn’t affected the prices and goods in the market.
