Scores of Ghanaians who have converged at various branches of telcos have described the SIM card re-registration as frustrating. Patrons who have been queuing for hours have called for an improvement in the exercise.

Some of the registrants are visiting the centres for the second day and it is even more likely that they will have to waste another day.
According to the registrants, the policy must be implemented in a manner that saves time.
