Rapper Sarkodie has given organizers of the 3 Music Awards Scheme thumbs up for their effort in ensuring they give the best to the music fraternity.
The “Saara” hitsmaker who was touted to win VGMA artiste of the year last year lost out on the award and it may be the reason his lotalty has drifted to their main rivals in music award schemes in Ghana.
According to him, he is impressed with the work done so far and cannot wait to see the final event.
The multiple award winner gave credit to the award scheme saying “Loving the work been put into the 3 Music Awards … Kudos to the team … love the quality of the content so far can’t wait to see the main event”.
3 Music Awards first started off the year by acknowledging musicians after which there was a retreat to work on the categorization of the scheme and the latest addition.
The various nominees have been announced with winners emerging from the various regions announced.
It is currently the only music awards keenly competing with the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
On International Day of Women, some activities were put together to honor women as part of the programs leading to the main event which is slated for 27th March.
The 3Music Awards has stood the test of time despite being heavily criticized over the past years.
