The Brazilian forward, Michael Vinícius Silva de Morais singned by Asante Kotoko arrived in Ghana yesterday after days of the announcement of his signing.
The porcupine warriors, who are known for bringing in players from the South American country had signed Fabio Gama at the beginning of the Ghana Premier League. The offensive midfielder has not disappointed since his arrival assisting in a number of goals but yet to register a goal in the league which has been on break for a while now.
The Kumase based club recently transferred their top marksman, Kwame Opoku to USM Algier believe Vinicius can fill in the shoes of the departed striker.
The management of the club encouraged that, the combination of Gama and Vinicius will give defenders of opposing teams lots of headache and urged supporters to stay committed to the club.
