President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has urged Ghanaians to draw inspiration from the achievements of honorees celebrated at the Ghana National Honours and Awards ceremony and to commit to building a prosperous and inclusive nation.
Speaking at the event held at the Accra International Conference Centre on Monday, December 30, the President highlighted the significance of collective effort in achieving Ghana’s development goals.
The ceremony honoured distinguished Ghanaians who excelled in fields such as governance, arts, health, and public service.
President Akufo-Addo commended the honorees for their contributions to national development and encouraged them to continue serving as role models for others, inspiring the next generation to pursue excellence and service to the country.
“Today is also a clarion call to action. To our honorees, let this recognition inspire you to reach even greater heights. And the rest of us, let their stories remind us that we all have a role to play in building the Ghana of our dream, the Ghana where every child has a future, every worker has dignity and every citizen has a voice,” he stated.
