According to reports, the ruling NPP will begin procedures this week to remove Sarah Adowa Safo, the MP for Dome-Kwabenya, from Parliament.

That is the predicament in which the Dome-Kwabenya MP finds herself, with sources claiming that her seat would be declared empty as a result of her 15-day absence without permission.
In a video gone viral in the middle of the debate surrounding her absence. A copy of the video can be seen online, and it shows her discussing religion and politics.
In the video, the MP can be seen singing and dancing along to Diana Hamilton’s song “Awurade you (Do it Lord)” in her vehicle.
“Father, we glorify your holy name; we give the honour, we give the glory,” the MP said at the end of the one minute and 33-second film. We thank you, Father God, for bringing us thus far.
